Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook in Anaheim to prepare and cook items to Salted’s culinary standards. You will work with our Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and uphold sanitation and safety guidelines.

Requirements include a solid foundation in culinary skills, ability to stand for long periods, and kitchen experience. Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with full-time benefits and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and prep.
• Experience with flat-top cooking a plus.
• Adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
