Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook in Los Angeles for part-time weekend PM shifts. You will prepare and cook items per Salted standards, while upholding sanitation and safety practices. The role involves coordinating with Front of House to ensure a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months kitchen experience and can stand for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Join Salted’s growing culinary team and contribute to our plant-forward menu.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
