Job summary

Salted in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring line cooks to join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States. You will prepare and cook items to Salted standards while maintaining strict sanitation and safety guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Experience of at least 6 months in a kitchen is required, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Hourly Rate: $19-$23 hr

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
