Job summary

Salted, located at 8320 1/2 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90048, is hiring a Line Cook for part-time weekend PM shifts with an hourly rate of $19–$23. The role involves food preparation to Salted standards, safe sanitation, and coordinating with our Front of House team to deliver great dining experiences.

Qualified candidates bring solid culinary skills, knife prep ability, and the stamina to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior kitchen experience (6+ months) is required.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work and flat-top cooking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
