Job summary

Salted in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Line Cook for full-time AM shifts (6:00–2:30). Pay ranges from $19–$23 per hour, with full-time benefits. Responsibilities include cooking to Salted standards, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with the Front of House to deliver great dining experiences.

Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs are required. Great growth opportunities and meals provided on shift are part of the benefits.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
