Job summary

Salted is hiring a Line Cook in the Bronx to join a large delivery-first restaurant group. You will prepare and cook items according to Salted standards and ensure sanitation and safety throughout shifts, while coordinating with a virtual Front of House team to provide top-tier dining experiences.

Expect to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work AM/PM/weekends with competitive hourly pay and benefits that support career growth and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
