Job summary

Salted, located at 615 N. Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004, is hiring a Line Cook to join our delivery-first restaurant group.

As a Line Cook you will prepare and cook items to Salted standards, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to create a great dining experience. Shifts include AM and PM hours.

Qualifications

• Solid culinary skills with knife and prep work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum 2 years of line/prep experience.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 2 yearsof line/prepexperience.
