Job summary

Salted is hiring a part-time line cook in Los Angeles for weekend evening shifts. You will prepare and cook items to Salted standards, maintain cleanliness, and support a smooth dining flow in partnership with our Front of House team.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of kitchen experience, can stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and bring solid culinary skills with an emphasis on sanitation. Join Salted and contribute to a fresh, nutritious dining experience.

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
