Job summary

Salted, the largest delivery-first restaurant group, is seeking Lead Line Cook and Line Cook roles in Culver City and Koreatown. Part-time PM shifts (some AM shifts available) offer competitive hourly rates and growth opportunities.

Join a team focused on clean-label, plant-driven cuisine with strong emphasis on kitchen standards, training, and collaboration with our Front of House. Eligible for benefits including medical plans, 401k, and meal perks.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, knife work, flat-top cooking.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver dining experiences.
• Own opening, closing, and shift hand-offs.
• Assist in training staff.
• Foster harmonious team dynamics.

• Culver City: 5660 Selmaraine Dr. Culver City, CA 90230
• Koreatown: 1842 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles Ca 90007 (PM Line Cook only)

Schedule:

PM shifts available - Part Time (Some AM shifts available)

Hourly Rates:

Line Cook: $19 - $21, Lead Line Cook: $21 - $23hr

Lead & Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process.
• Assist in the training and development of staff members.
• Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.

Lead & Line Cook Requirements
