Job summary

Salted, located in Van Nuys, CA, is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver Salted's plant-driven, clean-label cuisine. You will prepare and cook items to our culinary standards, supporting a fast-paced kitchen and collaborating with the Front of House team to ensure standout dining experiences.

We welcome candidates with at least 6 months in a kitchen, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to sanitation and safety.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
