Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook & Dishwasher to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will handle mise en place, proper food preparation, and dishwashing duties while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes and food preparation as provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
