Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant in Louisiana is hiring a Line Cook / Dishwasher to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will follow recipes, keep the kitchen clean, and help with opening and closing procedures.

We offer $15–$20 per hour, a people-first culture, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Experience is a plus and a food handler certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High energy and able to work in a team.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to obtain a food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety standards.
• Execute recipes and food preparation as provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain and restock workspace as needed.
• Clean and sanitize dishware, pots, pans, and glassware during shifts.
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
