Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook / Dishwasher to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will execute recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the team during service.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess strong organizational and teamwork skills, and are willing to obtain a food handler certification. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are offered.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
• Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
• Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
• Execute opening and closing procedures
