Responsibilities

• Execute recipes and food preparation as directed by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
