Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant in Austin, TX is hiring for a Line Cook and Dishwasher position. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, handling kitchen tasks and plating with attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes and food preparation as provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware, and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
