Job summary

Lakeside Hotel Casino is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to set up and manage kitchen production stations, including grill, sauté, fry, and prep areas. You will prepare items per standard recipes and support the team in meeting guest requests while maintaining high sanitation standards.

The role requires strong knife skills, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, and availability on weekends/holidays. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Must be able to lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Advanced knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment usage and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and clean up assigned food production stations.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Work with team to respond to customer requests and special needs.
• Assist with line cleanup and maintenance of sanitation standards.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and help with line shutdowns.
