FireKeepers Casino Hotel seeks an experienced Line Cook to maintain quality across all finished food products. You will prepare, season, garnish, and portion dishes, ensuring recipes and portions meet specifications while upholding health standards.

The role requires at least two years’ line cook experience in a full-service setting, strong English communication, and the ability to work all kitchen stations. Open shifts and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.
• Two years working in a Line Cook capacity in a full service hotel, restaurant or casino.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all foods in kitchen per recipes.
• Ensure all recipe specifications and portions are met.
• Maintain knowledge of state health regulations and meet standards.
• Work across all kitchen stations and assist with training and coordination.
