Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a skilled line cook to prepare and plate food to spec from standardized recipes. You will work in a high-energy kitchen, maintaining quality and pace in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of line cook experience, preferably in an Asian restaurant, and compliance with state gaming regulations. A high school diploma or GED and culinary coursework are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary arts courses or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a line cook; preferably in an Asian restaurant.
• Must comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Produce from standardized recipes and prepare, portion, and cook food.
• Ensure stations are prepared for anticipated business and assist teammates.
• Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Handle high-volume cooking and plating while maintaining quality.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely, safe, and sanitary service.
