Job summary

Bay Mills Resort & Casinos seeks a Line Cook to join our kitchen team under the supervision of the Kitchen Lead and Kitchen Supervisor. The role focuses on producing quality food in a timely manner and collaborating with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in kitchen operations preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to stay positive under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Must speak, understand and write English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality food in a timely manner.
• Work cohesively with wait staff to deliver orders per recipe specifications.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Stock and label ingredients; organize pantry.
• Follow daily policies and procedures for F&B Department.
