Job summary

Hustler Casino is seeking an experienced line cook to prepare items across grill, sauté, fry and pantry stations. You will ensure inventory is stocked, follow standardized recipes, and support a fast-paced casino kitchen environment.

Strong knife skills, food safety knowledge, and team communication are required. Responsibilities include line setup, station cleanliness, timely order execution, and collaboration with the Chef on Duty to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ line experience in a high volume restaurant and/or casino kitchen; or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
• Education: High School or equivalent education.
• Excellent communication and ability to read/understand recipes and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure stations are stocked with fresh ingredients for each shift.
• Set up line and coordinate orders to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Management.
