Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Two years’ experience in institutional food preparation including broiler, sauté and frying.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and other employees by exceeding mission statements.
• Deliver a Five Star Experience by embodying the Mission and Service Promise with core service standards.
• Prepare raw products or prepared food items.
• Serve prepared food items.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and maintain health standards.
• Able to work hot line and/or buffet preparation stations.
• Read and follow standardized institutional recipes.
• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment and knife skills.
