Twenty Four Seven Hotels in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Cook I to join our hotel team. The role involves providing food service across outlets, preparing and stocking prep areas, ensuring quality and portioning, and coordinating orders with servers under the supervision of the Chef and Department Manager.

Qualifications

• One year of line cook experience preferred.
• Experience in food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to guests as scheduled within outlets.
• Set up, restock and maintain food prep areas.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from kitchen lines.
• Direct and correct presentation and portioning of food according to SOPs.
• Prepare food items for daily use and inventory.
• Coordinate food orders between station and servers.
• Communicate daily with Chef/Department Manager regarding challenges or opportunities.
