Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other food items using knives, mixers, processors, scales and bags.
• Performs cooking of items using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Ensure items are cooked to Chef and guest specifications.
• Garnish each dish properly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Stock inventory.
• Ensure timely, high-quality output.
