Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, located on Florida's Gulf Coast, is seeking a professional line cook to prepare menu items in a luxury resort kitchen. You will work across grill, sauté, and cold stations, following standardized recipes and timelines to maintain quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume cooking experience, strong knife skills, and excellent teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Work all line stations (grill, sauté, cold line) following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
• Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, rotate food items; support cost control and waste reduction.
