Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high-volume or high-quality culinary environment.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Strong knife skills and solid culinary techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line) and prepare items per recipes and timing.
• Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
• Safely operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate food items; help manage food cost and reduce waste.
