Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a skilled line cook to supervise breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation. You will ensure dishes meet quality, taste and presentation standards while maintaining a safe, friendly kitchen.

Lead line cooks and support a cohesive culinary team. Ideal candidates have five years of culinary experience, strong knife and prep skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years culinary; advanced knowledge required; on-the-job learning common.
• Must possess legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items per orders and production schedules.
• Ensure quality, taste and presentation meet standards; lead line cooks.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; maintain safe and sanitary environment.
• Support team; foster harmony and consistency in culinary operations.
