Qualifications

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge expected; supervisory experience preferred.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team.
• Prepare food items according to guest orders, recipes, and standards; complete mis en place.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to meet standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Rotate perishables, manage stock, and prevent waste according to policies.
• Comply with EmPact Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist in prep work for the next shift.
