Qualifications

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the opening team for service periods.
• Prepare food items according to guest orders and standard recipes.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to meet standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Date, rotate, and store perishables; manage stock and waste.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
