Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Cook 3 to join our luxury hotel kitchen. The role involves preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders, and working across all line stations.

We value at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, strong knife skills, time management, and excellent interpersonal abilities. You will maintain mise en place, operate equipment safely, and support cost control and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean varied kitchen equipment.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Work all stations on line (grill, saute, cold line) per recipes and standards.
• Complete mise en place and set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Date and rotate food containers; check pars; assist in planning and correcting food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage.
