LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, FL is hiring talented culinary professionals to join our team in several exciting venues, including Baleen, our award-winning fine dining restaurant, the Members-Only Beach Club Dining Room, and our Banquet Culinary Team.

As a Line Cook, you will prepare elevated cuisine, support events and banquets, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences for our guests and members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Review production schedules and par levels to ensure proper preparation.
• Transport supplies from storage areas and stock designated workstations.
• Prepare and produce menu items needed for daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials to ensure the highest quality products are served.
• Ensure organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Support banquet events and employee dining operations as needed.
