Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking an energetic Cook to join our culinary team. You will assist the Chef in production, prep, and line execution across kitchen stations, ensuring food quality and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 21+, with food handler certification or ability to obtain it, and capable of working varied shifts. Physical stamina and teamwork are essential to thrive here.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it.
• Willing to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge in cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Experience with knives and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain sanitation.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization.
• Work with a world-class culinary team.
• Ensure proper storage and quality of ingredients.
