Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a skilled culinary professional to oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner prep in a luxury resort setting. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure quality and safety across all stations, and train team members to meet Four Seasons standards.

The role requires at least two years in culinary work, strong English communication, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to guest orders and standards.
• Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and compliance with cultural and core standards.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage food storage, rotation, waste, and area cleanliness to reduce costs.
• Support opening team and contribute to a cohesive culinary operation.
