Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders, following recipe cards and production standards.

You will set up stations, manage mise en place, and operate a range of equipment safely, including fryers, ovens, mixers, and slicers.

Hours are forty per week across a five-day period; applicants must be fluent in English and have legal US work authorization. Competitive benefits and an employee-friendly culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or culinary education or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Skills: Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to guest orders and recipes.
• Set up station, manage mise en place, and maintain quality and safety.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Rotate perishables, check temperatures, and prevent waste.
