A strong sense of teamwork and culinary excellence is essential. Responsibilities include following recipes, managing mise en place, operating equipment, and supporting cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum five years culinary experience.
• Proficient knife skills and able to multi‑task.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage mise en place and station setup for services.
• Assist with food cost control and waste reduction.
