Four Seasons Denver is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items per guest orders while maintaining safety and high quality. You will set up stations, manage mise en place, and operate a range of kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate will have at least two years of culinary experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to multitask across tasks and shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards; complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Start items prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to prepare beyond estimated needs.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.
• Date and rotate perishables; manage stock through pars and plan actions to correct any food cost issues.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
