Soho House is seeking a Line Cook III to contribute to service and support a dedicated station, ensuring seamless preparation of foods and sauces. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating skilled abilities across stations and helping Senior Chefs when needed.

As a Line Cook III, you are a hyper-specialist who can deliver top-quality dishes from two or more stations, from prep to plate, while maintaining a high standard of sanitation and teamwork during busy services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in fast-paced upscale kitchens.
• Professional knife skills and technique.
• Food handler’s certificate required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to execute menu items across stations.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items and produce consistent, quality dishes on one or more stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare items while adhering to allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation specifications; monitor temps and waste.
• Set up station per guidelines; keep area clean, safe, and stocked.
• Execute production and a la carte dishes; support weekend feast ideas.
