Soho House is seeking a Line Cook II to maintain stations, ensure seamless preparation of food and sauces, and assist Senior Chefs during service. You will thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, exhibiting advanced skills across two stations and contributing to top-quality dishes from prep to plate.

The role emphasizes consistency, safety, and collaboration, with daily prep support, inventory involvement, and adherence to Soho House standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong understanding of professional cooking and educated knife-handling skills.
• Food handler’s certificate
• Strong communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent dishes on two stations.
• Support prep, kitchen maintenance, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare pantry, fry station, and other areas while respecting allergy requests.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Assist with inventory and station setup per Kitchen guidelines; ensure clean, safe work area.
