Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Line Cook III to contribute to service, support a dedicated section, and ensure seamless preparation of food and sauces. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing one or more stations and remaining calm during busy service.

You will be a key team member, hyper-specialized in executing menu items from prep to plate, delivering top-quality dishes from multiple stations, and supporting senior chefs when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Proficient knife handling and professional cooking understanding.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items and produce consistent dishes on one or more stations.
• Support prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare food with allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Set up station and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Assist Senior Sous during pre/post-service meetings.
