Soho House & Co. in Malibu is seeking a Line Cook III to contribute to service, support a dedicated section, and ensure seamless prep and execution across one or more stations.

A successful Line Cook III is a critical member of the kitchen, able to execute all menu items from prep to plate across two or more stations while maintaining top-quality dishes and adherence to Soho

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Knifework and professional cooking understanding.
• Food handler’s certificate.
• Strong communicator with team player mentality.
• Ability to build professional relationships with kitchen leads.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to execute menu items across stations.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items and produce consistent dishes on one or more stations.
• Support prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment and inventory as needed.
• Prepare items adhering to allergy requests and dish alterations.
• Produce items sanitary and timely while following safety procedures.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation specs; monitor temps and wastage.
• Set up station per kitchen guidelines; maintain clean, organized area.
• Contribute to production of onboard dishes and team meals; support weekend feasts.
• Meet Soho House service speed goals and ensure consistent guest experience.
• Follow time and attendance procedures; support pre/post-service meetings.
• Restock items as needed and maintain positive team energy.
