Job summary

Soho House & Co in New York City is seeking a Line Cook III to contribute to service, support a dedicated section, and ensure seamless preparation of food and sauces. The role emphasizes hyper-specialization across one or more stations with calm performance during busy service and execution from prep to plate.

You will learn all menu items, assist with prep and inventory, and help manage allergy requests and dish alterations while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced upscale kitchen.
• Professional knife handling skills required.
• Food handler’s certificate is required.
• Strong communicator and team-oriented mentality.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to execute all menu items on assigned stations.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items and consistently produce high quality dishes on one or more stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare items while honoring allergies and dish alterations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs, monitor temps and waste.
• Set up station per Kitchen guidelines; maintain a safe, clean, organized area.
• Perform production and a-la-carte dish execution; support team during service.
