Qualifications

• At least 2 years of back-of-house foodservice experience.
• Culinary program participation preferred.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and guest orders to determine quantities of food to prepare.
• Follow portion sizes, quality standards, and sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, ovens, grills, etc.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and store foods correctly.
• Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items and package accordingly.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Adhere to health codes and sanitation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
