Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 2 to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for the setup, prep, and organization of your workstation, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of kitchen experience.
• Valid Food Handler Certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation for daily prep and service.
• Prepare and store all food items for station adhering to Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials and menu items.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Receive and store goods and manage supplies for kitchen use.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and waste areas.
• Assist in inventory control and coordination with chefs for special product needs.
