Job summary

Alltown Fresh, operated by Global Partners LP, is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join the culinary team. You will prep ingredients, manage labeling and stocking, and create sauces while maintaining an organized kitchen that emphasizes hospitality and guest interaction.

Role requires basic knife skills, safe food handling, and ServSafe certification. Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is encouraged as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends and or holidays.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preps, labels and stocks ingredients while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Prepares sauces or accompaniments before service begins.
• Interacts with guests and demonstrates hospitality and passion for foodservice.
• Assists in training new culinary hires.
• Communicates inventory and kitchen needs to the Chef.
• Follows safe food handling procedures and allergen awareness.
• Rotates stock items and stores produce at proper temperatures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment and handles dishwashing as needed.
