Job summary

Global Partners LP is expanding its culinary team with a Line Cook 2. You will work with the kitchen team to prep ingredients, label and stock items, and prepare sauces before service. The role emphasizes safety, guest interaction, and opportunity to train new hires.

Qualified applicants will have basic knife skills, a high school diploma or GED, and current ServSafe certification. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label and stock ingredients; keep workspace organized.
• Prep fresh ingredients and sauces; assist in meal prep.
• Work with culinary team using modern equipment.
• Interact with guests to showcase passion for foodservice.
• Assist in training new culinary hires.
• Communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and rotate stock.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
