Job summary

Global Montello Group Corp seeks a Line Cook 2 for their Massachusetts location. You will work with a culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep fresh ingredients, wash and chop produce, and stock the kitchen.

You’ll prepare sauces and ensure all items are labeled and ready for service. The role requires basic knife skills, food preparation experience, and excellent communication with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification preferred; may be required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, wash and chop vegetables and meat using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Label, stock and organize ingredients for service.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before meal service.
• Interact with guests to showcase passion for foodservice and hospitality.
• Assist in training new culinary hires.
