Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 for our Alltown Fresh location in Massachusetts. You will work with the culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep fresh ingredients, wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and assist with meal prep while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You'll be responsible for labeling and stocking ingredients, preparing sauces, and ensuring safe food handling practices.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of safe food handling and storage.

Responsibilities

• Wash and chop vegetables, cut meat and assist with other meal prep.
• Prep, label and stock ingredients; maintain organized workspace.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service begins.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and support guest interactions throughout the day.
