Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 to join Alltown Fresh in Manchester, NH. You’ll work with our culinary team, prepping and plating using locally sourced ingredients, while prioritizing heartful hospitality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include prep, labeling, stocking, and sauce prep, with opportunities to train new hires and ensure safe handling. Flexible hours may include mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our culinary team using state of the art equipment to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other meal prep.
• Prep, label and stock ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• Prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
• Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and hospitality.
• Assist in training new culinary hires.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
• Rotate stock items and store produce at proper temperatures.
• Wash dishes as needed and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
