Alltown Fresh, part of Global Partners LP, is seeking a Line Cook 2 for our Massachusetts team. You will work with the culinary team using state-of-the-art equipment to prep ingredients, manage stations, and deliver high-quality dishes with local ingredients.

The role emphasizes customer hospitality, allergy awareness, and teamwork. Must have basic cooking skills, be flexible for mornings, weekends, or holidays, and attain ServSafe certification. High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prep, wash and chop vegetables; cut meat and other components for meal prep.
• Label, stock and organize ingredients for efficient kitchen workflow.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before service.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
