Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience as a line cook.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a culinary program preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation and Health Department rules.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Prepare, portion, cook and plate food to restaurant standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Produce from standardized recipes using standard kitchen equipment.
• Meet ticket times and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow safety, health and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies.
