Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a motivated cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will prepare breakfast items, entrees, and desserts, while ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met. You will provide fast, friendly service to team members and guests, maintain clean work areas, and follow recipes and health guidelines.

Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Experience in food service and Serve Safe certification are preferred; high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serve Safe certification preferred/required.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to team members and guests.
• Prepare breakfast items, entrees, and desserts per guest order.
• Cook to specifications and rotate food per safety standards.
• Carve meats, portion plates, and garnish as required.
• Maintain clean workstation and sanitize surfaces regularly.
• Stay aware of current casino events and direct guests accordingly.
